Volkswagen knows they have the best owners in the world, so they decided to show their appreciation with a brand new celebration – Volksgiving!
An email was sent out to select Volkswagen owners in Toronto and Montreal that were due for service, with an offer for 50% off their next service. The email lead to a landing page where owners could book their service appointment and answer a few simple survey questions.
The Volksgiving team gathered the data from the surveys and planned unique, elaborate surprises for each of the selected Volkswagen owners. On our planned Volksgiving days, we surprised our owners’ right at the dealership upon their vehicle pick-up and others we brought the surprise right to their doorstep. Not only was their service actually totally free but owners were rewarded for their loyalty with personalized prizes like a once in a lifetime trip to Spain, cooking classes in France for the entire family, and an outdoor adventure package complete with canoe, bikes and camping equipment to name a few.
